Designs, builds, and deploys a Python-based production scheduling application connected to a SQL Server data warehouse. Develops AI/LLM scheduling capabilities, data pipelines, models, and Tableau or Power BI reports. Provides ERP support across finance, procurement, shipping, and operations modules; maintains databases and applications; gathers requirements; and leads integration and user acceptance testing. The role also supports SOX and CMMC compliance and continuous improvements in manufacturing scheduling and reporting.

Supports and enhances ERP and related business applications, databases, reports, workflows, and integrations. Translates business needs into requirements and functional designs, develops and automates reporting, and participates in system integration and user acceptance testing. Collaborates with business users on process improvements, lean initiatives, data quality, product-cost visibility, and operational support. Requires ERP configuration experience, SQL Server expertise, business analysis skills, and familiarity with manufacturing environments.

Leads end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, sourcing, demand and supply planning, logistics, inventory, warehouse management, trade compliance, and sustainability. Develops long-term strategy, optimizes costs and resilience, drives digital transformation and continuous improvement, manages supplier performance, supports product launches, and builds organizational capability through talent development and succession planning.

Lead strategic account development and business development for MTI Motion in aerospace and defense. Build customer relationships, assess technical fit, perform bid/no-bid analysis, develop proposal strategies and price-to-win efforts, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and support negotiations to win new business. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align product initiatives and strategic plans.

The Quality Engineer ensures compliance to industry standards, manages quality systems, resolves quality issues, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
