Design, build and enhance the DAL SQL projection broker and real-time reporting infrastructure to capture upstream messages, persist to NFS, and shred attributes into database tables. Develop and support regulatory and business reports, translate requirements into SQL queries, perform ETL and database development, and create automated tests for Java/Scala/Python processes while working in an Agile global team.

The Client Support Associate will manage client inquiries, maintain knowledge of banking products, assist with projects, and ensure compliance with regulations in a dynamic financial services environment.

Perform cash, positions and P&L reconciliations; investigate and resolve breaks; post journals; collaborate with partner teams; assist on system upgrades, implementations, automations, ad-hoc reporting, and maintain operational control frameworks.
