Performs cash, position, P&L, source-system, and general-ledger reconciliations for global markets activities. Investigates discrepancies, prepares journal entries, reviews partner controls, supports reporting, and collaborates across departments to resolve issues. The role also contributes to system upgrades, implementations, automation initiatives, and BNPP’s operational control framework while developing expertise in banking operations, lending, risk, compliance, and financial reporting.

Performs cash, position, P&L, source-system, and general-ledger reconciliations for global markets activities. Investigates discrepancies, prepares journal entries, reviews partner-team controls, resolves outstanding issues, supports system upgrades and automation projects, and contributes to financial reporting and operational controls. The role also provides exposure to mortgage warehouse lending, loan servicing, collateral management, credit operations, banking regulations, compliance, and operational risk.

Supports PMO governance and project delivery for banking and financial services clients. Responsibilities include maintaining delivery plans, tracking risks and actions, coordinating workstreams and timelines, producing reporting and dashboards, managing project documentation, facilitating governance meetings, and engaging stakeholders across business and technology teams. The role includes graduate training, mentorship, and a 26-month placement.
