Oversees accounts payable and receivable processes, improves accounting systems and procedures, applies GAAP, and mentors junior accounting staff.

Performs portfolio accounting, investment reconciliation, data validation, exception research, reporting, and operational support. The role reconciles positions, transactions, cash, cost basis, income, and corporate actions across investment and custodial systems. It also supports trading operations, system testing, process improvement, operational controls, compliance reviews, and project activities while collaborating with portfolio management, trading, technology, compliance, custodians, and internal stakeholders.

Supports trust-services technology and financial systems by developing SQL reports and data extracts, monitoring databases and interfaces, troubleshooting applications and data issues, coordinating secure file transfers, testing software changes, and assisting with technology projects. Provides internal and client support, validates reporting accuracy, maintains documentation and controls, and supports trust accounting, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and process improvements.
