Provide high-level administrative support to executives including complex calendar and travel management, stakeholder communication, information and expense management, meeting coordination, project support, and office operations while maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing competing requests.

Lead accounting and financial administration for ultra-high-net-worth families and related entities. Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, consolidated reporting, reconciliations, cash and treasury management, budgeting, investment accounting (Addepar), tax and estate planning coordination, and client relationship management to deliver customized family office financial solutions with strong controls and fiduciary oversight.

Process investment earnings, reconcile accounts in the trust accounting system, coordinate with investment companies, maintain records and compliance, and support other department tasks as needed.
