Remote HR internship supporting recruitment and administration. Responsibilities include updating job descriptions, advertising openings, sourcing and screening candidates, preparing shortlists, maintaining employee records, gathering attendance and leave data, coordinating payroll details, and collaborating with managers and internal teams. The 4–16 week program requires 10–15 hours weekly and includes mentor guidance, project reviews, portfolio development, and potential full-time employment opportunities.

Manage and customize the CRM platform, including permissions, workflows, profiles, data, security, and integrations. Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, analyze productivity data, gather business requirements, and train staff. The internship also includes general administrative duties such as maintaining records, coordinating communication, supporting office operations, and assisting with financial and staff processes. This is a remote internship requiring 25–30 hours weekly.

Attend 5-8 events monthly to capture photos and short videos, edit and deliver social-media-ready content within 24 hours, follow shot lists and visual guidelines, maintain content library, and coordinate with Event Content and Social Media teams.

Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns, create simple static and video ads, test audiences and creatives, monitor funnel and CAC, maintain dashboards, and collaborate with the travel team to scale high-quality, conversion-ready leads.
