Provides non-clinical support to residents and nursing staff by making beds, answering call lights, delivering meals, assisting with laundry, maintaining clean and safe areas, encouraging activities, documenting information, and reporting concerns. The role requires dependable, compassionate service, clear communication, patience, organization, and adherence to safety and resident-care procedures.

Prepares, portions, and serves meals; assembles trays and delivers meal carts to resident care or dining areas. Maintains food, dishware, equipment, and work areas according to sanitation and safety procedures. Rotates supplies using FIFO standards, disposes of refuse, follows menus and standardized recipes, and supports timely, cooperative dietary service.
