Provides hands-on food and beverage support for events and internal gatherings, including preparation, setup, guest service, vendor coordination, breakdown, cleaning, and inventory organization. The role also develops hospitality procedures, checklists, training materials, and vendor records. Requires dependable customer service, basic food safety knowledge, flexible scheduling, physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, and alcohol service and food safety certifications.

Maintains assigned garden areas and living plant collections through planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, mulching, weeding, pest management, and other horticultural tasks. Supports seasonal displays, garden renovations, tours, events, volunteers, and accurate plant collection records. Works outdoors in varying weather, maintains safe pathways, operates horticultural tools and equipment, and collaborates with senior staff to uphold garden standards.
