Provides operational, analytical, and reporting support for Corporate Trust clients, business partners, and bondholders. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining accounts, processing ownership transfers and payments, researching discrepancies, responding to inquiries, supporting system and process improvements, meeting regulatory deadlines, and maintaining risk and internal control standards.

Manages statutory, legal, governance, and transactional obligations for UK and international corporate entities involved in securitisation and structured finance. Maintains statutory registers and databases, prepares corporate documentation and meeting minutes, supports compliance, audits, liquidations, and trust terminations, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders. The role also reviews junior colleagues’ work, provides administrative support, and ensures adherence to regulatory and internal control standards.

Develop and support customer-facing retail banking web applications using Angular and .NET. Build full-stack solutions with a strong front-end focus, translate requirements into scalable software, conduct code reviews, participate in architecture discussions, and apply secure SDLC practices. Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.
