Underwrite and manage commercial credit transactions and loan portfolios throughout the credit lifecycle. Analyze financial statements, tax returns, collateral, cash flow, industry data, and credit metrics; prepare financial models, risk ratings, covenant analyses, and credit recommendations. Monitor portfolios for emerging risks, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, support transaction structuring, present analyses to credit committees, and partner with relationship managers and clients. Provide guidance and training to junior analysts.

Provides complex administrative and secretarial support to senior bank management. Responsibilities include coordinating communications, presentations, meetings, calendars, appointments, travel, expenses, billing, and departmental projects. Acts as a liaison with bank personnel, maintains financial records, supports compliance and operational risk controls, and helps implement audit and regulatory requirements.

Leads a team of Forward Deployed Engineers delivering governed, scalable AI solutions across business units. Owns engagement strategy, solution architecture, technical delivery, staffing, budgets, stakeholder relationships, engineering standards, security, AI governance, and production readiness. Partners with centralized AI platform teams to promote reusable capabilities and identify platform gaps. Manages concurrent initiatives, develops engineering talent, reports to senior leadership, and ensures compliance with enterprise risk and regulatory requirements.
