Provide day-to-day administration and servicing for high-net-worth and institutional Global Capital Markets clients, acting as primary contact. Process transactions, establish accounts, handle disbursements, trades and trust terminations, support account representatives, manage internal/external partner relationships, ensure compliance with policies and controls, and resolve client inquiries promptly.

Senior mainframe engineer delivering secure, resilient enterprise application solutions across the full lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, CI/CD, and production support. Tasks include COBOL/CICS/JCL development, DB2 data work, batch and online processing troubleshooting, SDLC and DevOps practices, modernization and integration (APIs, MQ, z/OS Connect), mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring release readiness, performance, and operational stability.

Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management, including correspondence, calendar and travel coordination, meeting agendas and minutes, financial expense and billing preparation, project support, compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards, and acting as liaison between manager and bank personnel.
