Align cross‑functional stakeholders, rescue challenged programs, coach delivery leads, and ensure compliance and benefits realization across business and technology domains.

Manage client relationships and CLO/loan servicing operations including onboarding, KYC, waterfall and compliance calculations, reconciliations, reporting, and stakeholder liaison. Drive process improvements, support audits and controls, collaborate with sales and analytics, and participate in special projects to enhance client experience.

Provide basic systems administration support for mortgage servicing: user provisioning and deprovisioning, table maintenance, access recertifications, real-time validation, participation in simple projects and application testing, maintain policies and internal controls, and ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards.
