Provide friendly, accurate instruction and rental sales at the desk; help guests select lessons and equipment, explain programs and mountain policies, maintain confidentiality and security, support daily operations, perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, shoveling, standing), and work required weekend and holiday shifts.

Oversee planning and day-to-day operations for multi-week snowsports lesson programs. Coordinate instructors, schedules, registrations, rentals, communications, payroll, trainings, incident responses, and safety. Support hiring, mentorship, and cross-department collaboration to ensure efficient program delivery.

Manage daily operations for the Instruction Department, coordinating instructors, lessons, rentals, scheduling, communications, payroll, and safety. Support training, staffing, incident response, class assignments, and departmental reporting while collaborating with mountain management and other teams to ensure smooth guest and employee experiences.
