The Business Development Specialist identifies and enrolls automotive workshops, manages contracts, and promotes benefits, focusing on sales growth.

Provide technical assistance and programming support to dealers to resolve difficult vehicle diagnoses, analyze VOC and Non-F1 cases, implement corrective actions and training, prepare NTL/GTSS-based modules, perform dealer visits and remote support, and drive ‘fix it right first-time’ processes across dealer networks.

Work with Product Owner, stakeholders, and engineering to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements; translate them into user stories with acceptance criteria; participate in Agile ceremonies; support testing, backlog management, and product evaluation; gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
