Lead key Automotive Trade Parts programs, ensuring project objectives are met while managing client relationships and a team of about 10 members.

Perform on-site and remote technical missions to diagnose and resolve complex electrical/electronic and multiplexing faults, use OEM diagnostic tools for reprogramming, produce technical reports, coach technicians, manage case escalation and closure, and feed lessons learned into knowledge bases to reduce vehicle downtime.
