Partners with operations, PMO teams, and customer stakeholders to identify trends, quantify improvement opportunities, monitor performance, and support strategic decisions. Presents insights through visualizations, reports, and presentations while managing analysis across multiple customer programs.

Receives and processes incoming vehicles, prepares outgoing auction vehicles, tracks transportation damage claims, maintains vehicle files and reports, coordinates routine maintenance, and drives vehicles between storage lots and the main office. Provides administrative support for the vehicle lease program, assists with vehicle preparation, and supports special projects while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and customer service standards.

Support the launch and ongoing adoption of the FSR+ online service reservation platform across automotive dealerships. Responsibilities include preparing sustainment materials, conducting virtual customer touchpoints, mentoring dealership users, monitoring performance, analyzing usage trends in Qlik Sense and Flash Ops Report, and developing action plans to improve platform efficiency and utilization.
