The QHSE Engineer manages health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance for semiconductor industry activities in the Dresden region. Responsibilities include inspections, risk assessments, corrective actions, incident escalation, employee safety training, emergency response planning, regulatory liaison, performance reporting, and continuous improvement. The role supports field personnel at customer sites and requires strong knowledge of German safety law, fluent German and English, a driving licence, and willingness to travel.

Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, schedules transportation, selects carriers, prepares import/export documentation, tracks deliveries, resolves shipment issues, and maintains transaction data in SAP. Ensures regulatory, customer, and safety compliance while communicating shipment updates across teams. Monitors shipping performance and supports continuous improvement. The role requires strong organization, customer service, communication, time management, and adaptability in a safety-sensitive environment.
