Leads manual and automated QA across software delivery projects, owning test strategy, risk-based planning, functional and integration testing, defect triage, UAT, release readiness, and automation coverage. Mentors QA engineers, evaluates AI-assisted testing tools, develops reusable QA assets, validates APIs, CMS platforms, accessibility, and cross-device experiences, and partners with clients, developers, business analysts, and project managers.

Leads multiple Agile teams across concurrent projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, scaled Agile events, PI Planning, capacity planning, dependency management, and delivery forecasting. Coaches teams and stakeholders on Scrum, SAFe, Lean, and Kanban practices while driving continuous improvement, Agile transformation, team maturity, and predictable delivery outcomes.

Performs manual and automated quality assurance testing for customer-facing web applications across browsers, devices, and responsive breakpoints. Creates test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks; validates APIs, workflows, accessibility, and business requirements; coordinates releases; manages test results and requirements; and collaborates with developers, analysts, project managers, and stakeholders in Agile or Waterfall environments.
