Directs accounting operations across payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger functions. Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, tax preparation, and GAAP compliance. Serves as NetSuite accounting owner, driving system optimization, automation, and process improvements. Partners with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting while mentoring accounting staff and supporting executive financial reporting.

The role involves rotating among three key responsibilities: Machine Inserter, Catcher, and Strapper. Responsibilities include maintaining machine cleanliness, addressing jams, and ensuring proper operation, as well as catching materials and verifying bundles.
