Monitor daily data intake across API, email, and FTP channels; perform QA to detect inconsistencies or trends; resolve data pipeline issues; document findings and follow procedures; and propose process/product improvements while working shift-based hours.

Design, build, and maintain ETL processes to ingest and normalize marketing data from multiple sources into the MSIGHTS platform. Implement database solutions (views, report sets), apply client business rules, optimize query performance, and document code. Work with AWS and various database engines, using Agile/Scrum to deliver reliable, sanitized data for reporting and integrations.

Manage end-to-end data onboarding, ingestion, mapping, transformation, validation and QA for marketing data. Maintain automated connectors, investigate anomalies, run Agile workflows, collaborate with product and client teams, and drive process improvements and client implementations on the MSIGHTS platform.
