Prepares statutory financial statements, regulatory filings, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses for three property and casualty insurance companies. Manages reinsurance accounting, deductible accounting, TPA claims accounting, parent-company reporting, audit support, state filings, and asset impairment documentation. Interprets statutory requirements, maintains accounting procedures, analyzes financial trends, supports financial modeling, reviews staff work, and contributes to special projects.

Supports actuarial, regulatory, and insurance analytics through statistical reporting, data analysis, quality assurance, and process automation. Develops and validates recurring submissions to regulatory agencies, rating bureaus, and industry organizations; investigates reporting errors; and coordinates with vendors and technology teams. The role also supports system implementations, business requirements, UAT, data quality, reporting development, and analytics for pricing, reserving, underwriting, claims, finance, and management teams.

Leads MSIG USA’s quantitative enterprise risk management function, including economic capital modeling, solvency assessments, stress testing, risk appetite, capital allocation, portfolio optimization, and regulatory reporting. Partners with Finance, Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, Investments, executives, regulators, and rating agencies. Oversees model governance, analytical improvements, strategic risk initiatives, and the development of the ERM team.
