Evaluates commercial insurance risks, identifies loss exposures, assesses safety controls, and develops risk improvement recommendations for multinational and domestic accounts. Conducts risk surveys, analyzes loss trends, prepares reports, follows up on compliance, and provides consultative risk management services. Collaborates with underwriting, claims, marketing, and clients; supports large-loss investigations and promotes risk engineering services to producers and prospective accounts.

Prepare and submit commercial insurance filings to U.S. state insurance departments. Manage filings in SERFF, FilingRamp, iFile, and state systems; interpret regulations; maintain form libraries and filing records; track approvals, objections, and effective dates; draft regulator responses; and coordinate with actuarial, underwriting, legal, compliance, and product teams. Help develop standardized filing processes and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Gather and analyze commercial insurance form, rate, and rule requirements; translate business needs into system specifications; document requirements; support system design, development, prioritization, and user acceptance validation; communicate between business and technical teams; assess risks and impacts of system changes; and identify process automation and improvement opportunities.
