Leads the company’s total rewards strategy, including job architecture, salary bands, market benchmarking, governance, long-term incentive redesign, benefits and wellness modernization, and compensation budgeting. Advises executive leadership and the board, manages external providers, oversees the existing compensation and benefits function, builds a team, and supports reward framework expansion into Canada and other Americas markets.

Leads and enhances the company’s compliance program, advises business and corporate functions on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters, drafts and negotiates insurance and commercial agreements, monitors insurance law developments, and advises senior stakeholders.

Manages complex first- and third-party cyber insurance claims from notice through resolution. Evaluates coverage, liability, damages, reserves, litigation risk, and high-severity incidents including ransomware, data breaches, business interruption, and regulatory investigations. Drafts coverage correspondence, develops resolution strategies, coordinates counsel and forensic vendors, collaborates with underwriting and cybersecurity teams, and presents major matters to leadership. Also supports process improvement, training, portfolio development, and claim reporting.
