Develops local vaccine brand strategy, customer segmentation, multichannel marketing programs, forecasts, and performance tracking. Coordinates brand committees, scientific leader engagement, congresses, advisory boards, and cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Policy, and Communications while ensuring compliant execution.

Design and execute human in vitro and preclinical studies to connect neuroscience disease biology, drug mechanisms, and biomarker responses. Apply proteomics, metabolomics, single-cell sequencing, imaging, and other multi-omics methods to identify mechanistic biomarker panels for neurodegenerative disease and pain programs. Develop disease models, generate translational data packages, interpret clinical datasets, and collaborate with biologists, AI/ML scientists, and clinical teams to guide target and pipeline decisions.

Lead and support small technical projects from initiation through delivery. Responsibilities include defining scope, building plans, coordinating resources, managing risks, tracking schedules and budgets, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing project data, and identifying improvements.
