Provide first-line automation support and troubleshooting for manufacturing lines and packaging systems. Lead quality investigations, corrective/preventive actions, GMP-compliant documentation, change controls, and qualification activities. Partner with operations, quality, and maintenance to implement continuous improvement and ensure automation system integrity and compliance (SLC, cGMP, safety).

Manage end-to-end clinical trial performance for assigned oncology and hematology protocols in a country/cluster, ensuring ICH/GCP and local regulatory compliance. Serve as primary local contact, lead local study teams, oversee project timelines, risk management, CTMS/eTMF compliance, vendor and investigator relationships, and escalation to regional/HQ teams. Support recruitment, site selection, quality control visits, and local strategy, while representing the company externally and managing budgets/contracts if delegated.

Lead marketing excellence by refining frameworks, governance, and capability-building. Partner with brand and cross-functional teams to sharpen strategy, translate strategy into customer engagement and execution, run strategic pilots, scale best practices, develop training, and track measurable business impact.
