Teams at MSD Animal Health Technology Labs

Accountable for monitoring and managing assigned oncology clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, sponsor SOPs and local regulations. Serves as primary site contact, conducts remote and on-site visits, maintains CTMS/eTMF records, supports site selection and start-up, resolves site performance and compliance issues, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Requires substantial domestic and international travel.

Leads site energy and sustainability initiatives, including emissions and waste reduction, utility budgeting, capital project business cases, LEED certification, process optimization, performance analysis, and evaluation of emerging technologies. Partners with facilities engineering, finance, procurement, vendors, government agencies, and site leadership to implement standards, improve energy efficiency, manage contracts, communicate metrics, and promote sustainability culture.

Lead U.S. oncology operational demand and capacity planning for an individualized therapy. Develop patient-volume projections, manufacturing and network capacity plans, scenario models, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting. Partner across commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, precision medicine, alliances, and external organizations to identify risks, optimize resources, improve treatment completion, and support launch readiness, operational excellence, and scalable growth.
