Lead and supervise paralegal staff while managing complex commercial contract drafting and negotiation, litigation oversight, corporate governance, and escalated regulatory matters. Serve as subject-matter expert on mortgage lending systems, design department workflows, liaise with external counsel and executive leadership, and handle advanced legal projects and front-lobby supervisory duties.

Provide entry-level legal and administrative support to in-house counsel: manage mail and service of process, route and track signatures, maintain physical and electronic files, assist with basic data entry and research, and provide front lobby coverage and customer-facing administrative tasks.

Provide paralegal support to in-house counsel: maintain legal records, review contracts and leases, monitor litigation, assist with corporate governance and compliance, draft resolutions and borrower correspondence, and manage document systems and attorney-directed tasks.
