Supports catalytic and climate finance transactions through fund structuring, blended finance design, financial modeling, risk analysis, transaction advisory, investor engagement, and climate finance research. Develops de-risking instruments, investment proposals, due diligence, pitch materials, and knowledge products for climate funds, DFIs, impact investors, and financial institutions focused on resilience and inclusive finance.

Leads the full lifecycle of strategic donor proposals, including planning, drafting, editing, quality assurance, compliance, budgeting coordination, and submission. Supervises and mentors junior proposal staff, supports donor and partner research, improves proposal processes, maintains knowledge-management resources, and tracks performance metrics. Collaborates with Finance, HR, Operations, technical teams, and leadership to strengthen business development systems and improve proposal conversion.

Manages consulting projects focused on inclusive finance and India’s payments ecosystem. Responsibilities include client delivery, market research, business development, proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, mentoring, training, analytical assessments, strategic recommendations, and oversight of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The role also contributes to publications, thought leadership, recruitment, and development of consulting toolkits.
