Supports management consulting engagements through proposal development, market research, assignment planning, data analysis, client presentations, and business writing. Leads shorter assignments under senior supervision, contributes to toolkits and publications, and supports business development across India and international markets. Requires strong structure-building, communication, teamwork, and quality-focused execution. Frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel are expected.

Supports digital transformation and technical assistance projects involving Digital ID, data sharing, DPI, AI/ML, cloud, and open-source technologies. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, architecture inputs, prototype development, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, research, technical reporting, business development, and mentoring junior staff. The role works with governments, donors, technology partners, and international development organizations across Indonesia and other countries.

Supports research and advisory work on responsible AI, AI policy, governance, adoption, public-sector applications, and digital transformation, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. Responsibilities include policy research, stakeholder interviews, comparative analysis, AI strategy development, AI sandbox design, thought leadership, presentations, workstream ownership, and business-development support.
