Oversee electrical engineering projects from conception through completion. Manages planner teams, budgets, schedules, proposals, and statements of qualifications while mentoring staff and collaborating with public and private clients. Projects may involve comprehensive planning, economic development, transportation, parks and recreation, downtown revitalization, and development entitlement.
