Deliver accurate payroll reporting and analysis across headcount, pay variances, overtime, absence and pensions. Validate and reconcile payroll and HR data, support audits, year-end activity and statutory returns, and identify automation and standardisation opportunities. Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance and Governance to improve reporting and provide actionable insights.

Perform physically demanding, behind-the-scenes store operations: receive and process deliveries, manage stock and availability, use digital tools to track inventory, maintain store cleanliness, and support colleagues across functions while working flexible shift patterns including evenings and weekends.

Lead and develop a finance team while providing technical accounting guidance across retail, property and group activities. Own store estate accounting (leases, impairments, closures, property investments), partner with Finance and Property teams to inform commercial decisions, and drive automation, standardisation and process improvements to strengthen controls and reporting. Ensure audit readiness and governance.
