Leads end-to-end product and experience design for complex delivery-platform features, shaping product strategy, creating scalable UX and UI, evolving design systems, using research and data, partnering with engineering and product teams, and mentoring designers. The role focuses on high-frequency real-time experiences across ordering, tracking, captain workflows, and marketplace products.

Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, HRIS administration, workforce data reporting, policies, compliance, payroll coordination, benefits and insurance administration. Maintain accurate employee records, improve and automate operational workflows, respond to employee inquiries, and mentor People Operations team members. The role also provides operational metrics and dashboards to senior leadership while ensuring labor-law compliance and consistent HR processes.
