Provides hands-on support and engineering for enterprise server, storage, cloud, endpoint, identity, and Microsoft 365 environments. Responsibilities include infrastructure installation, upgrades, patching, capacity planning, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, disaster recovery, business continuity, security design, change management, documentation, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement. The role also administers Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365, leads infrastructure projects, and mentors junior technical staff.

Analyze customer, revenue, and usage data to identify growth opportunities and improve customer value, engagement, retention, and profitability. Build reports, dashboards, and forecasting models; monitor commercial metrics and customer trends; identify revenue leakage and business risks; and provide data-driven recommendations. Partner with Commercial, Finance, Risk, and other stakeholders to support revenue performance, customer value management initiatives, and business decisions.

Lead finance for the Telco business, providing strategic business partnering, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling. Own monthly management reporting, KPI tracking, balance sheet reconciliations, IFRS compliance, controls and audits. Provide telecom revenue analysis (MVNO/MNO), drive finance automation and digital transformation, manage cash flow, and lead and develop the finance team.
