Drive refrigerated 16- or 24-foot box trucks on established routes to deliver fresh produce. Perform pre-trip inspections, unload with a pallet jack, review deliveries with customers, communicate with dispatch about delays or issues, and report defective equipment. Provide friendly, timely service and handle customer complaints.

Develop and maintain B2B produce accounts in the Houston area by prospecting, placing orders, training customer staff, resolving issues, managing receivables, analyzing territory performance, and coordinating with transportation and credit departments.

Lead daily operations across protein processing, refrigerated and frozen warehousing, transportation, inventory, and sanitation. Manage production scheduling, yields, labor, safety, quality, regulatory compliance, cold-chain integrity, and operational budgets. Develop supervisors and employees, monitor KPIs, improve productivity, reduce waste and shrinkage, maintain HACCP and inspection readiness, and ensure customer commitments are met.
