Leads and motivates the sales team to achieve quotas, assigns territories, develops sales strategies, analyzes performance and customer preferences, manages budgets and expenses, supports sales forecasting, and resolves customer or staffing issues. The role also consults with prospective customers and collaborates with executive leadership to improve sales operations and identify new markets.

Develops new and existing B2B food and produce accounts in the Savannah area. Responsibilities include prospecting, submitting orders, answering product and pricing questions, training customer personnel, analyzing sales and margin reports, resolving complaints, collecting receivables, coordinating delivery windows, and reporting territory activity. The role requires outside sales experience, customer relationship skills, local residency, driving, and occasional lifting.

Serves as the front desk contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees while providing administrative and office operations support. Responsibilities include phone and visitor management, mail and shipping coordination, scheduling, document preparation, data entry, office supply ordering, vendor coordination, onboarding assistance, HR support, and customer inquiry resolution. Maintains a professional, organized, and confidential office environment.
