Teams at MPS Baltic

Lead all brewery operations across production, packaging, quality, maintenance, engineering, warehousing, and utilities. Develop the leadership team, ensure safety and quality compliance, deliver production and financial targets, manage budgets and investments, and drive capacity planning, asset management, Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration, talent development, and operational excellence leadership.
