Provides office management, administrative, and project support for an engineering consulting branch. Responsibilities include preparing technical deliverables, coordinating recruiting and office events, supporting client and business development activities, managing vendors and facilities, tracking projects and opportunities, coordinating travel and meetings, maintaining records, and providing reception and communications support.

Design and analyze mechanical systems and components for industrial facilities across power, federal, and life sciences projects. Responsibilities include thermal-hydraulic and structural analysis, 3D modeling, manufacturing drawings, prototyping, testing, technical reviews, client communication, multidisciplinary collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers. Projects typically involve multiple concurrent engagements and may include leadership of mechanical design efforts.

Leads MPR’s Navy engineering business through client engagement, business development, and delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects. Provides technical direction across shipboard systems, equipment, and facilities; oversees analyses, failure investigations, project controls, schedules, and quality. Builds Navy client relationships, mentors engineers, supports recruiting, and transfers Navy-specific technical knowledge. The role requires substantial Navy and engineering experience, U.S. citizenship, an active security clearance, and travel to shipyards and client sites.
