Leads the assessment, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention of surgical clinician teams. Uses firsthand operating-room experience to evaluate candidates, improve onboarding and competency programs, support clinical education, represent the company at recruiting conferences, and advise leadership on clinician engagement and workforce growth. Partners with Clinical Leadership, HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development while tracking lifecycle metrics and supporting integrations and market expansion.

Leads EMR and clinical application projects from discovery through go-live and stabilization. Coordinates clinical operations, IT, data, revenue cycle, vendors, and executive stakeholders; manages scope, timelines, budgets, requirements, testing, data migration, integrations, training, cutover, and hypercare. The role also facilitates UAT, change control, prioritization, risk communication, documentation, and continuous improvement across healthcare technology projects.
