Supports therapy claims audits, data reporting, accounting reconciliation, electronic resource access, student shadowing coordination, meetings, and cross-departmental initiatives. Provides backup for scheduling and front-desk supervision while ensuring compliance with insurance, HIPAA, confidentiality, and practice policies.
