Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, managing fixtures and tooling, improving yield and cycle time, maintaining PFMEAs and control plans, managing engineering changes, validating processes, supporting audits, training operators, mentoring engineers, and overseeing new product handoffs into production.

Leads development, validation, documentation, and production transfer of electromechanical assembly processes. Owns manufacturability reviews, tooling and fixture specifications, process validations, PFMEAs, control plans, work instructions, and corrective actions. Coordinates new product introductions, supports audits, mentors engineers, reviews technical work, and presents process plans and results to customers and leadership.

Designs, programs, validates, and improves metal fabrication processes for medical device assemblies. Responsibilities include creating flat patterns, tooling, fixtures, work instructions, process controls, ERP BOMs, and assembly documentation. The role supports product transfers, prototype and production troubleshooting, customer technical discussions, process validation, employee training, and continuous improvement. Candidates need an engineering degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in fabrication or manufacturing engineering, CAD proficiency, drawing interpretation, measurement skills, and root-cause problem-solving experience.
