Designs, develops, and improves electrical and hydraulic systems for CNC equipment accessories. Responsibilities include product R&D, project management across design and manufacturing phases, PLC and motor-control system development, root-cause analysis, technical support, product documentation, CAD drawings, field installation support, and mentoring junior engineers.

Design, develop, and improve CNC industry accessory systems, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, PLC, filtration, and refrigeration components. Manage projects from design through prototyping and manufacturing, diagnose field failures, perform root-cause analysis, create technical documentation and CAD designs, mentor junior engineers, and provide customer technical support. The role is fully onsite in Enfield, Connecticut, with approximately 10% travel for installations and service.
