The Front Desk Associate provides an elevated welcome and concierge experience for members and guests at a private club. Responsibilities include managing reservations, waitlists, guest lists, inquiries, VIP arrivals, member profiles, check-in procedures, and club communications. The role supports membership outreach, events, and daily operations while maintaining confidentiality, organization, professionalism, and strong collaboration across departments. Evening, weekend, holiday, and special-event availability is required.

Maintains a steady supply of clean kitchenware by operating dishwashing equipment and three-compartment sinks. Cleans kitchen areas, manages garbage and soiled linens, follows health and safety standards, stocks supplies, reports damage and product needs, and assists with event setup and breakdown. Requires physical stamina, availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid Food Handlers' card.

Lead sales, brand, marketing, PR, events, and partnerships to grow membership, event and F&B revenue, and brand awareness. Build brand standards and marketing plans, manage agencies and CRM/analytics, run digital and paid campaigns, track performance, and lead cross-functional teams to improve member experience and ROI.
