Own the furniture and equipment product catalog for furnished apartments. Define product specifications, develop and evaluate furniture with suppliers, optimize cost, quality, durability, lead times, and scalability, and standardize furnishing packages. Maintain product documentation, coordinate with Design, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations, monitor product performance and replacements, improve installation efficiency, and support accurate invoice submission and payment follow-up.

The Accounting Associate will maintain financial records, process billing and collections, assist in financial reports, and support audits. Accuracy and collaboration with the finance team are essential for operational excellence.

Process operational payments, verify invoices against POs and receipts, support credit control and reconciliations, automate repetitive finance tasks with AI/tools, maintain organized financial records and compliance.
