Translate complex offerings into engaging visual storytelling, create mood boards and storyboards, guide designers and production partners, and present ideas to clients. The role requires strong design craft, platform-native social expertise, collaboration with copywriters and strategists, and ownership from concept through delivery.

Manages always-on social media strategies and content across TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Facebook, X, and Threads. Develops content calendars, identifies trends, supports launches and crisis planning, oversees content delivery, engages communities, and analyzes performance against KPIs. Partners with creative, data, production, and account teams to deliver client-focused social programs and strategic recommendations.
