The Senior Data Engineer will design and implement data architecture, manage production data pipelines, lead projects, and ensure quality and documentation while supporting progressive politics through data-driven solutions.

Serve as the Executive Director's strategic partner owning organizational rhythm, project management, and information flow. Design, deliver, and iterate virtual trainings for volunteer Neighborhood Captains across hundreds of counties. Recruit and manage part-time trainers, build curriculum and resource libraries, run office hours, coordinate schedules, and adapt programming to diverse rural and suburban audiences to increase voter contact and turnout.

Lead and scale a distributed Neighborhood Captains program nationwide: design digital infrastructure and onboarding, manage a deputy and staff, recruit and train volunteer captains, build systems to track program health and metrics, use data to inform decisions, and solve digital issues under campaign pressures.

Support fundraising operations by maintaining gift-tracking and CRM data, pulling lists, drafting grant reports, conducting prospect research, running automations, producing reports, and managing projects to improve team effectiveness. Role supports donor briefings and principal call time. Temporary remote position through Nov 13, 2026, with possible extension.

Manage performance, reliability, and accountability for high-volume messaging programs. Build dashboards and alerting, run ad hoc analyses, coordinate incident response and vendor testing, conduct post-incident reviews, and maintain documentation and compliance tracking to inform program decisions and improvements.

The QC Manager ensures the integrity of the Neighborhood Captains program, monitoring data quality, conducting voter follow-ups, managing plants, and supporting Organizers with actionable insights.
