Manages front desk operations for an outpatient physical therapy clinic, including supervising staff, scheduling patients, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations and referrals, processing billing documents, maintaining records and HIPAA compliance, coordinating patient flow, handling communications, and ordering supplies.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications across front-end and back-end systems. Build responsive React interfaces, implement Laravel server-side logic, manage databases, integrate third-party APIs, and conduct unit, integration, and performance testing. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software. AWS deployment experience and Flutter mobile development experience are desirable.

Lead and manage clinic staff and all aspects of patient care. Enforce company policies, oversee operations and business metrics, coordinate marketing and front-office functions, provide staff training, participate in patient care as needed, and support community and company programs.
