Teams at Movemedical

Own end-to-end customer software implementation projects across APAC, from scoping and kickoff through go-live and support handoff. Manage budgets, timelines, risks, change orders, documentation, stakeholder communication, and project status reporting across concurrent engagements. Serve as the primary customer contact, resolve blockers, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, and collaborate with finance on invoicing. Contribute to improving implementation processes, templates, tools, and the APAC delivery playbook.

Lead customer discovery and design, translate workflows into developer-ready specifications, configure the Movemedical platform, validate integrations and data with SQL, manage implementations in JIRA, run testing and go-live support, and liaise between customers and engineering until handoff to Customer Success.
