Provides customer account support through phone, email, and fax; resolves outstanding credit and debit balances, supplies account information, reconciles customer records, and coordinates with Customer Service and Finance to support timely order shipment.

Researches technical product data to assign HTS and ECCN classifications for electronic products. Reviews customs rulings, technical drawings, invoices, and regulatory requirements; audits import/export classifications, reconciles discrepancies, determines applicable government agency regulations, maintains compliance records, and supports customs audits and requests.

Expedites supplier items that restrict shipment of approved customer orders. Identifies problem parts, works directly with suppliers to resolve availability and delivery issues, processes purchase orders and delivery acknowledgements, and maintains accurate factory delivery dates in UV. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, accurate data entry, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
