Performs technical research and product assessment to assign HTS and ECCN classifications for electronic products. Reviews import/export documentation, audits invoices, reconciles discrepancies, interprets customs rulings and technical drawings, applies government agency regulations, and maintains compliance records. The role also supports internal audits, customs requests, and classification research while requiring knowledge of electronic design or engineering and trade compliance processes.

Analyzes and categorizes customer data, proofreads materials, resolves discrepancies, communicates with global customers, updates databases, maintains electronic records, and prepares documents using OCR software. The role requires accurate, deadline-driven work, spreadsheet and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills. Senior levels additionally provide subject-matter expertise, quality checks, training, task assignment, and reporting support. Electronics industry experience ranges from preferred entry-level experience to six or more years for senior positions.

Develops sales within assigned business-to-business customer accounts by identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, converting prospects, closing deals, and following up on quotations. Partners with customer service and management to deepen account penetration, communicates company value, analyzes decisions, expands product knowledge, and maintains sales goals through organized, ethical customer engagement.
