The role includes comprehensive training, mentorship, international exposure, and uncapped commission.

Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, generate business through outbound sales, and manage private charter bookings from inquiry through completion. The role requires learning aircraft and chartering processes, meeting sales targets, coordinating flight departures, making timely decisions, and delivering high-quality client service. Comprehensive training, mentoring, and international training are provided, with opportunities for advancement from Trainee Broker to Director.

Manages the complete group aircraft charter sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and client relationship development through booking completion. The consultant coordinates charter operations, monitors flight departures around the clock, makes timely decisions, and delivers a high-level client experience. The role includes approximately three months of paid training in London, ongoing mentoring, public speaking, and opportunities for career advancement.
