Provide hands-on local and remote IT support for employees and clients. Responsibilities include Microsoft 365 administration, user lifecycle management, backup testing, helpdesk request resolution, procedure documentation, software deployment, desktop imaging, inventory monitoring, server configuration, and Cisco network administration. The role also supports infrastructure projects, client meetings, system demonstrations, and troubleshooting across Windows, Exchange, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, and mobile devices.

Designs and manages blended training programs and learning content for a global workforce. Partners with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, translate complex information into engaging materials, define objectives, evaluate effectiveness, and demonstrate business impact. Develops presentations, online modules, facilitator guides, workbooks, assessments, process guides, and multimedia scripts while collaborating with eLearning designers and organizational stakeholders.

Processes card transactions, employee reimbursements, purchase invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Reviews receipts and invoices for VAT compliance, internal policy adherence, duplicate entries, and accurate documentation. Follows up with employees regarding missing receipts or expense justifications, supports month-end activities, and assists with ad-hoc finance projects. Requires accounting fundamentals, expense-management software experience, Excel and CSV data skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication.
