Receive 4–5 months of paid training and mentoring, with international training opportunities.

Sell and manage passenger or cargo charter bookings end-to-end: prospect and win business, negotiate with operators, manage charter delivery, maintain market and aircraft knowledge, provide high-touch client service, mentor junior brokers, and support local growth strategy.
