Teams at Mountain View Health & Rehabilitation

Provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, implements care plans, transcribes physician orders, documents assessments, and coordinates shift communication. The Charge Nurse directs nurse aides, educates support staff, maintains infection-control and safety standards, responds to emergencies, and helps address staffing needs. Candidates must be licensed RNs or LVNs in good standing with strong assessment, documentation, communication, organization, and clinical skills.

Provides reception and clerical support by answering and routing calls, taking messages, managing office supplies and equipment, sorting incoming and outgoing mail, assisting with personnel and I-9 file maintenance, and handling general administrative tasks.
