Lead accounting operations for 50+ entities and 80+ employees. Manage a small accounting team, oversee GL, AP/AR, month-end close, payroll and payroll tax compliance, and loan covenant compliance. Prepare and present monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, coordinate audits and external partners, strengthen internal controls, and implement process improvements using AI tools.

Manage full-cycle recruitment from job descriptions through offers, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer management. Maintain ATS requisitions and compliant hiring processes, assist benefits administration, maintain employee records, support onboarding and training documentation, and partner with hiring managers across departments.
