Teams at Mountain Creek Resort

Manages the resort’s Logistics Team, including seasonal staffing, schedules, rosters, shift replacements, onboarding support, training, attendance, performance management, and employee communications. Partners with HR and department managers to meet labor needs, maintain schedules and payroll optimization tools, support hiring, ensure employment-law compliance, and promote positive team engagement. Supervises Logistics Coordinators and responds to daily staffing and team-member requests.

Patrol ski trails to prevent accidents, inspect lifts and slopes, answer guest questions, render first aid and toboggan evacuations, coordinate transfers to EMS, enforce mountain policies, perform opening/closing procedures, and support on-mountain operations and events.

Provide on-site emergency medical care at a mountain resort: assess, stabilize, and assist with transport of injured guests. Perform basic life support, bleeding control, splinting, oxygen administration, and non-invasive emergency procedures. Support Ski Patrol, complete documentation, maintain certifications, and follow safety and operational protocols.
