Teams at Mountain Creek Resort

Supports resort marketing through social media management, photo and video production, graphic and written content creation, campaign execution, brand consistency, event promotion, and on-site creative support. Collaborates with marketing and resort teams in a fast-paced seasonal environment while managing multiple projects, deadlines, and promotional priorities.

Manages the resort’s Logistics Team, including seasonal staffing, schedules, rosters, shift replacements, onboarding support, training, attendance, performance management, and employee communications. Partners with HR and department managers to meet labor needs, maintain schedules and payroll optimization tools, support hiring, ensure employment-law compliance, and promote positive team engagement. Supervises Logistics Coordinators and responds to daily staffing and team-member requests.

Patrol ski trails to prevent accidents, inspect lifts and slopes, answer guest questions, render first aid and toboggan evacuations, coordinate transfers to EMS, enforce mountain policies, perform opening/closing procedures, and support on-mountain operations and events.
