Collects delinquent secured and unsecured loans, mortgages, and negative shares while providing compliant resolution options. Responsibilities include negotiating repayment plans and reinstatements, explaining loan modifications and repossession procedures, contacting members by phone and mail, processing payments, documenting collection activity, validating skip-trace results, de-escalating concerns, and protecting confidential information.

Prepare and analyze investment performance, cash flow and funding projections, ALM modeling, portfolio pricing and reporting. Maintain portfolio records and sub-ledgers, ensure regulatory reporting compliance, support credit/investment quality reviews, and assist Finance leadership with forecasts, Asset Liability Committee materials, and loan participation reporting.

Supports sales enablement across branch and service center teams by developing sales plays, coaching tools, communications, incentive-aligned resources, and performance reporting. Partners with Sales Operations, Marketing, Talent Development, and frontline leaders to improve behavior adoption, campaign execution, member outcomes, and sales effectiveness. Analyzes performance trends, identifies skill and adoption gaps, coordinates program launches, gathers field feedback, and recommends actions to reinforce sales behaviors and improve results.
