Designs, develops, evaluates, and improves scalable learning experiences across eLearning, instructor-led training, microlearning, video, and performance support. Leads needs analysis, stakeholder engagement, instructional design, learning evaluation, data analysis, and project execution. Creates storyboards and learning assets, applies adult learning principles and ADDIE/SAM models, manages multiple projects, coaches fellow designers, and uses technology, analytics, AI, and gamification to improve employee performance and business outcomes.

Develops and maintains secure, high-performance full-stack software for credit union applications. Responsibilities include database design, API and service development, front-end development, testing, code reviews, deployments, architecture, production issue resolution, process automation, documentation, and mentoring engineers. Collaborates within Scrum teams and evaluates emerging technologies while supporting internal and external users.

Reviews, balances, and reconciles general ledger and other accounts; prepares adjusting entries, investigates discrepancies, and supports accounting activities including mortgage, card, branch, payroll, tax, and cash management balancing. The role assists senior accountants, supports cross-functional teams, participates in process improvements, and maintains accurate financial records using Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
