Designs, documents, and maintains Finance & Accounting procedures and internal controls. Leads workflow optimization, control testing support, issue escalation, and readiness for audits and regulatory exams. Partners with finance leaders and risk/compliance to embed governance into daily operations and approve process changes affecting finance systems.

Serve as subject matter expert for complex deposit-account issues (IRAs, trusts, deceased accounts, escheatment, tax forms). Resolve escalations, audit compliance, lead process improvements and automation initiatives, train staff, collaborate with Compliance/Legal/Tech, and ensure IRS/NCUA regulatory adherence.

Owns member relationship for Home Equity loans from application to closing. Processes HELOC applications up to $399,999, verifies credit, income, employment, collateral, orders AVM/title, ensures insurance and lien position, manages pipeline and turn times, communicates with members, prepares files for underwriting, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports/trains teammates.
