Provide executive leadership for Direct Consumer Lending: set strategy, drive loan and membership growth, ensure credit quality and regulatory readiness, modernize digital and AI-enabled lending, manage cross-functional partnerships, oversee operations and vendor relationships, and build leadership and succession within the lending organization.

Design, develop, and evaluate scalable learning programs and curricula. Lead learning strategy, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Create multimodal learning (eLearning, ILT, microlearning, video), use analytics to measure impact, coach other designers, and apply tools like Storyline, Adobe, and Canva to deliver measurable performance improvements.

Responsible for performing complex audits, creating recommendations, evaluating compliance with regulations, and analyzing financial reports for the credit union.
