The Teaching Assistant in Clinical Nursing supports nursing faculty by evaluating students, facilitating clinical practice integration, and maintaining effective relationships with clinical agencies, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and education.

Lead and manage the Career & Experiential Education Center, developing strategic vision, embedding career development across campus, supervising staff, overseeing experiential learning, study abroad, employer and faculty relations, prior learning assessment, data collection and reporting, and providing direct advising and program oversight to advance student and alumni career outcomes.

Serve as chief advancement officer leading fundraising, alumni engagement, donor relations, and campaign strategy. Personally cultivate and solicit major/principal gifts, lead comprehensive campaigns, build advancement operations and CRM systems, manage advancement staff, and partner with the President, Board, and volunteers to secure transformational philanthropic investments.

Lead financial strategy and business operations for the Center for Reading Science. Build and maintain financial models, reconciliations, and dashboards; manage $1M+ in donor and grant funds; design pricing and revenue frameworks; liaise with university fiscal services; ensure compliance and funder reporting; oversee event/vendor revenue pipelines and other operational logistics.

Perform comprehensive prospect research and data analysis to identify, qualify, and prioritize donor prospects. Maintain prospect data in Raiser's Edge, produce briefing materials and dashboards (Power BI/Excel), support fundraising strategy and campaign planning, and provide training and methodology improvements for Institutional Advancement staff.

Join the Center for Reading Science as a Multilingual Learner Specialist to collaborate on the ROW PreK–2 curriculum project, creating and editing culturally responsive, accessible instructional materials for multilingual learners. Provide expertise in language acquisition, translanguaging, scaffolding, and evidence-based reading practices, especially for Spanish speakers; support educator preparation and program service activities.
