Provides independent and collaborative breastfeeding support to mothers, newborns, families, and staff. Develops and updates breastfeeding care standards, policies, educational materials, and procedures; delivers patient and staff education; documents progress; evaluates breastfeeding equipment; and consults with inpatient patients and families. Requires Pennsylvania RN licensure, BLS certification, and lactation consultant certification or eligibility for the IBCLC examination.

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies for healthcare services, managing paid, organic, social, display, email, SEO, and reputation channels. Analyze campaign performance, optimize acquisition and retention journeys, monitor industry trends, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations. Collaborate with creative, content, web, IT, and marketing teams while supporting campaigns and social channel growth.

Supports operating room nursing and surgical staff by transporting patients, specimens, sterile carts, instruments, and supplies. Cleans, sterilizes, assembles, wraps, labels, and inspects instruments and equipment; maintains storage areas and sterile supply expiration dates; stocks rooms; assists with patient transfers; distributes schedules and charts; performs errands; and follows safety procedures. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
