The Discovery Officer manages a portfolio of approximately 500 alumni and constituents through personalized outreach across email, phone, text, social media, and video. The role identifies and qualifies major gift prospects, secures donor meetings, increases engagement and giving, tracks trends, and collaborates across the College Relations team. Success requires strong communication, relationship-building, discretion, independence, and the ability to manage high-volume fundraising activities.

Provides courteous and efficient food and beverage service for on- and off-premise events. Responsibilities include setting up rooms, serving guests, refreshing meeting spaces, cleaning event areas, moving tables and chairs, handling catering vehicles, completing shift duties, and interpreting event orders. Requires communication, teamwork, professionalism, independent judgment, and the ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Provides daily horse care and stable operations, including feeding, watering, supplements, turnout, stall cleaning, paddock maintenance, equipment operation, inventory tracking, and seasonal facility upkeep. Collaborates with barn staff and communicates horse-care and facility needs while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized equestrian environment. The role requires previous horse handling, husbandry, and farm experience, with weekend and holiday availability in all weather conditions.
