Manage end-to-end vehicle collections and deliveries, act as first point of contact for transport issues, liaise with transport partners, process bookings, handle claims and complaints, review and approve invoices, and contribute to process improvements and project work to improve service levels.

Serve as the primary customer-facing specialist for sellers: build rapport, answer questions across phone/email/chat, solve problems, use CRM and AI tools to manage data and improve the seller experience.

Lead complex product design across discovery to delivery, mentor designers, integrate AI thoughtfully, collaborate with PMs/engineers, run research and usability testing, and scale design culture and processes.
