Outbound B2B sales role managing a portfolio of ~40 dealerships to drive adoption and upsell Motorway products. Build relationships via phone/video, develop pipelines, meet KPIs, coordinate with internal teams, and support business projects to grow dealer engagement.

Strategic HR Business Partner for Product, Engineering and Central Operations. Advise senior leaders, translate business strategy into people plans, lead organisational design and change, drive talent strategy, succession and leadership development, partner with People Ops/Talent/Workplace, use people data to inform decisions, and improve employee experience, engagement and inclusion.

Manage B2B dealer CRM: design and optimise automated dealer journeys across email, SMS, WhatsApp and notifications; run campaigns and A/B tests; analyse performance; collaborate with product, dealer marketing and services to improve dealer experience.
