Coordinate the end-to-end vehicle sales process for enterprise lease customers and dealer partners. Manage customer communications, vehicle profiling, inspections, collection logistics, sale readiness, post-sale queries, invoicing, and operational records. Maintain accurate systems, trackers, and dashboards while meeting quality, productivity, compliance, SLA, and customer experience targets. Collaborate with transport, B2B sales, and strategic account teams to deliver a smooth vehicle return and sales process.

Own and evolve AWS environments and shared platform infrastructure, building self-service developer tooling, infrastructure automation, observability, monitoring, alerting, and continuous delivery capabilities. Improve reliability, scalability, deployment safety, and developer experience while reducing operational toil. Respond to production incidents through an on-call rotation, mentor engineers, and establish secure, standardized platform practices across product teams.

Provide technical support for 400+ employees in a cloud-first environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting macOS and Windows issues, managing employee IT lifecycles, maintaining identity and device management systems, supporting equipment and workplace technology, prioritizing service desk requests, and contributing to IT improvement projects. The role requires strong communication, ownership, autonomy, collaboration, and continuous technical development.
