Lead onboarding, configuration, and adoption of the Kodiak system for customer agencies. Analyze and map operational procedures, provision data via CAT, deliver training, gather feedback for engineering, support complex fleet and dispatcher configurations, handle sensitive operational data, and maintain project governance and timesheets.

Manage assigned customer contracts to ensure service delivery, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction. Act as single point of contact, oversee subcontractors and vendors, drive corrective actions, handle contract changes, forecast revenue, and pursue renewals and service growth. Coordinate with program managers, NOC/Call Center teams, and customers on support plans, installations, and billing issues.

Design end-to-end, AI-augmented user experiences for public safety and enterprise; partner with researchers, product, and engineering to prototype, iterate, and deliver production-ready designs using data-driven research and design systems. Advocate design strategy, storytelling, and explainable AI to build user trust.
