Principal Engineer owning the architecture, delivery, quality, and AI-enabled engineering strategy for a core automotive SaaS platform area. The role remains hands-on with coding, design, code review, testing, data and schema work, and production AI agent implementation. It also leads a 2–3 person senior engineering team, drives career development, coordinates cross-tribe initiatives, improves reliability and observability, and replaces repetitive engineering work with agentic solutions.

Drive enterprise B2B SaaS sales across France, targeting automotive dealer networks and OEM partners. Own pipeline development, end-to-end sales cycles, revenue generation, forecasting, consultative discovery, solution presentations, market strategy, and land-and-expand opportunities. Collaborate with Solutions, Customer Success, and leadership to develop proposals and establish MotorK’s AI platform as a leader in automotive retail transformation.

Own the architecture, engineering, and delivery of MotorK’s data platform. Design data models, warehouse architecture, and production pipelines using dbt, Airflow, Airbyte, and Python. Optimize warehouse performance, cost, and reliability while expanding streaming and AI-enabled capabilities. Lead, mentor, and technically guide two data engineers through code review, pairing, and architectural decisions. Establish strong standards for data quality, testing, documentation, and delivery, partnering with technical and business stakeholders.
