Generate qualified business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead handling. Book prospect meetings, plan initial demos, qualify leads, and support Account Executives with daily operational tasks. The role uses Outreach, Salesforce, Gong, and Gmail in a hybrid Munich-based environment. Native-level German and fluent English are required, along with strong communication, organization, proactivity, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.

Support international talent acquisition through candidate sourcing, scouting, outreach, initial screening, interview coordination, pipeline management, reporting, and recruitment strategy. The internship works across departments and European markets while collaborating with senior talent acquisition team members. The role is office-based in Milan with possible remote work and requires fluent Italian and English, strong organization, and interest in HR and recruiting.

Manage B2B automotive clients throughout their lifecycle, owning onboarding, product go-live, adoption, retention, account growth, and upselling. Translate client requirements into delivery briefs and coordinate with Delivery, Sales, and Product teams. Provide digital marketing, lead generation, and lead management expertise while tracking account metrics such as NPS, retention, adoption, and time-to-go-live.
