Create and maintain production routings and bills of material from engineering documentation; implement ECO/ECN/EAD; estimate labor and material usage; update routings and manufacturing bills; support new contract readiness, MRP error resolution, drawing packages, process improvement and lean initiatives; coordinate with engineering, production, purchasing and inventory; travel up to 25%.

Support production builds from prototype to production, assist planning and tooling, prepare design changes, perform audits and root cause analysis, create production documentation, and lead continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) initiatives.

Hands-on engineering internship supporting design, development, testing, manufacturing, and continuous improvement of buses and motor coaches. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to collect and analyze technical data, assist with testing, documentation, design reviews, and apply classroom knowledge to real-world problems while learning the full product lifecycle.
