Coordinates and leads business systems projects for manufacturing, materials, and quality teams. Responsibilities include process improvement, requirements gathering, project planning, development coordination, testing, implementation, documentation, training, application support, and system maintenance. The role engages business users, consultants, and subject matter experts, leads acceptance testing, and ensures solutions meet operational requirements. Travel is required up to 10%.

Supervises production activities in a unionized manufacturing environment, ensuring output meets customer requirements, TAKT times, budgets, quality standards, and Lean practices. Assigns work, manages employee performance and training, addresses safety and quality issues, supports continuous improvement, maintains department standards, and handles labor-relations and corrective-action matters.
